Garden Info

Thank you to everyone who came to Gramling Farms this Mother's Day weekend. We loved being a part of so many of your special days.

Did you know that May is time for a lot of garden and yard work according to The Old Farmer's Almanac. Such things as pruning and dividing perennials, planting new spring crops and flowers and watering transplanted plants. It is also not too early to be concerned with pests such as slugs and moles.

Our Garden Center can help you with any number of tasks on your to do list for your garden this month. We have pruners both large and small. We have shovels, pitch forks and rakes. We have a variety of sprinklers, hose and soaker hose for your gardens and flower beds to keep them looking fresh all summer.

With all the wind we've had lately - don't forget to give your plants a good drink of water today. The soil dries quickly and if your plants are new - they might not have enough roots to survive too long without water.

As always - we have fresh strawberries today.

We hope to see you soon.
